Hello , again i have blue screens on my M11Pro.First time i sent it back to service , and it works. But now i have again blue screen . I hope it sent me a new unit. Fiio i need help. I have 3 weeks of usage and i have 2 time blue screens .

First time , i listen muzic about 3 hour and half , then its stoped. I sent it back where i purchase it , and it reboot the player. Then after 2 days when i receptive the unit back , i listen music ,charge it . Second day i listen music again , and put in charge . When i unplug from the charge , surprise it wont work. Black screen . Now It goes blue screen only when i put it in charge. I tried to reboot the player it dont work.

Can the player be force restart by holding the power+play button at the same time for about 15s? If the issue happens again, you could also send the log file to us for check:

The logs files can be grabed in the M11PRO. So when the certain problem happens on the M11 PRO, please go to " Settings ->About device" , and continually tap “Model number", until the prompt "Have save output log to built-in storage" appears. Then please wait for about 20 seconds, and go to M11 PRO's internal storage, then send the two log files ""M11 PRO-kernel-xx.log" and "M11 PRO-system-xx.log" to us for further analysis.

Please be noted that, please do not reboot the M11 PRO before you grab the log files, because the log files will not be gotten after reboot.

The changes and improvements about new firmware for M11PRO/M11 are as follows:

1. Added global MQA support, and improved the MQA playback;
Note: When scanning for tracks, the app will detect whether the tracks are MQA or not, which may slow down the scanning speed if you have MQA tracks in your library.
2. Added displaying sample rates on the status bar (you can enable it in Settings -> Display -> Display sample rates);
2.1 This function is only available when playing music locally, and it does not work for the USB DAC, Bluetooth, USB Audio modes;
2.2 When playing MQA tracks, the status bar will display the original sample rates of the MQA track instead of the playing sample rates after fully unfolding, as requested by the MQA licensor.
3. Added 'enter sleep with one click' function (you can find the 'enter sleep' icon on the home page and tap on it to have the player enter sleep mode);
Note that when this function is performed, the player will also close the apps running in the background and turn off the screen to enter sleep mode. After that it can only be woken up by pressing the physical button;
4. Added support for screen rotation (can be set in the pull-down menu or in Settings -> General. The screen will rotate upside down when this option is enabled);
5. Added Eye Care Mode (can be set in the pull-down menu or in Settings -> Display);
6. Added battery level and volume level display for USB DAC, AirPlay and Bluetooth receiving modes;
7. Added quick-charge indication and charging animation (displayed in the lockscreen when connected to charger);
8. Added a new function of hiding the un-scanned or empty folders in Folder view menu (can be set in FiiO Music -> Settings -> Scan for music. When enabled, only the titles of the scanned tracks will be displayed in Folder view menu);
9. Added 'File size limit for album art' function (can be set in FiiO Music -> Settings. And after selecting a limit, the album art image whose file size exceeds this limit will not be displayed);
10. Added album art display in Folder view menu;
11. Fixed the issue where the input keyboard would be changed to the default keyboard after waking up the player with one click;
12. Fixed the issue where the DSD tracks could not be played in DLNA mode;
13. Fixed the issue where the Google account data could not be backuped;
14. Improved the Channel balance adjustment and increased the adjustment levels to 20 levels;
15. Miscellaneous improvements on performances.

Wow, screen rotation is an excellent feature for people who do not like jacks on the bottom or top. I have been waiting for my M11 Pro to be shipped by the seller. Can't wait to receive it!!!!

Why doesent show me 192k etc and stuf lije that in my M11 Pro? I use only Tidal.

Dear Fiio,

I'm having a strange behavior with the new firmware. I mainly use youtube music. For some strange reason it shows 192k as sample rate when I play music. I'm sure youtube music is only 44k (I set it to high quality in app).
If I close youtube music and play the same song in tidal hi-fi, it switches to the correct 44k. Now, if I close tidal hifi and reopen youtube music and play the same song it will show 44k correctly. It will show 44k until I restart the M11 pro. If I restart it will go back to 192k again with youtube music. Somehow I feel the quality degrades when it shows 192k (maybe it upsamples unnecessarily). Also if I enable allto DSD when 192 is shown previously, I will get background swirling noise for quiet passages in music. I won't get swirling noise in alltoDSD when it correctly shows 44k. Sorry for long post, hope it is understandable how I described.

Dear user,

We already support global MQA, that means all the apps can unfold as 8X.
But for Tidal, it will only output 16bit when it detect the system is Android 7, we have reported the problem and solution to Tidal and MQA offical at the end of May, so we just need to wait Tidal update to solve it.
