I have tried again after restarting the player. Same problem. It's so much trouble, I have to re-enter all my details every time I try, the keyboard keeps blocking the dialogue, then I have to agree to terms again, then the code changes and it keeps changing even while I watch, let alone get a chance to enter it.

The engineer tested again and confirmed the verification code in the log in page can only change when clicking it.
If you are convenient, please show us the video and the log file. Thank in advanced!

Any chance we can get an option to sort the artist tab into a grid view instead of a list view? When viewing my music under the album tab it is in grid view, which I prefer.

Yes, it M11 Plus the app could work fine without log in.
But when you are using the FiiO Music app Android version in mobile phone, you could subscribe the MQA subscription after log in the FiiO account in order to play MQA file.

Dear @FiiO, am I able to bypass MQA decoding? I'm really experiencing jitter issues with MQA files. With coax, I can choose to spit bitstream rather than MQA decoded and it somewhat fixes the issue. But when using PO/LO, I have no option but to endure those poor quality decoding, with lots of random micro popping noises and the bass is underwhelming with lack of fullness and weight. I though this issue will be solved in 3.1.0 but unfortunately it still exists.

EDIT: found a workaround in the meantime. I used Neutron and now I don't hear any popping noises anywhere. FiiO Music player is important to me though as I often use its FiiO Link feature so I control my M11+ thru my phone instead of needing to physically fiddle with it.

Dear @FiiO , I forgot to mention another factor which makes the registration / login process difficult. The prompts for the captcha are in Chinese. This also happens elsewhere, for instance in lyrics the first line is often in Chinese and sometimes the whole lyrics are.

I noticed a while ago that I had a virtual keyboard in Pinyin (not installed by me). I removed that and this seemed to solve the problem, but it came back.

Also, my system language is set to English (United States), but to the left (before Languages) I see a Chinese symbol.

I see no update in the Fiio app and when I download the update directly from the website as described above I get a warning message from Google that it is malicious software that cannot be installed. When will update through Fiio app be rolled out?

At this moment it doesn't have the jitters I described. But sometimes it does. Hope the engineers fix this ASAP as I'm tired to always ensure I'm not getting these jitters

Found an issue regarding MQA playback
Basically when using 4.4 PO, if 3.5 is set to SPDIF, it seems to not unpack MQA. When 3.5 is set to PO / LO it unpacks the MQA file. I hope when engineers take a look at this issue, the occasional jittery playback (especially for unpacked MQA playback) will be resolved as well.



I know that's not how it's supposed to be but right now I appreciate having the option to not unpack the MQAs at 4.4 PO (just toggle the spdif for 3.5) when it's currently having popping noise issues when unpacking MQA's but I hope this gets resolved soon together with the occasional jitters.

Below is a slow motion video at 240 FPS to demonstrate the FiiO M11 Plus ESS 300ms audio latency in USB DAC mode.
On the monitor you can see a video clip (https://youtu.be/TjAa0wOe5k4) that plays a short sound at the mark "0". The cursor indicates the time interval from the position "0" (-500ms, -400ms, -300ms, -200ms, -100ms, 0ms, +100ms, +200ms, +300ms, +400ms, +500ms).
During the first half of the recorded video the sound is reproduced using FiiO M11 Plus ESS in USB DAC mode. The sound is played at the mark "0", however we can hear it only when the cursor reaches 300ms mark (remember this is a slow motion video, real action is 8x faster).
The second half of the recorded video demonstrates that the laptop internal speakers reproduce the sound at the mark "0" with no latency.

@FiiO Team,

Please let me know if you had a chance to find the cause of the USB DAC 300ms delay and if it is possible to fix that with a firmware update.

Thanks for the recent updates to the M11 Plus LTD and FiiO music app. A few things would be great:

1. Global EQ (I think you are already looking into this).
2. Can we get a battery option to NOT fast charge? Samsung has Android options for this.
3. DSD gapless creates clicks going from track to track. PCM is fine. Can this be fixed?
4. Settings-Global-Auto-rotate screen is NOT an auto-rotate feature. It just rotates and does nothing when you move the device. Perhaps just call it Rotate screen as it is NOT automatic.
5. Can we please get a composer search (not sort) option in FiiO player app? Right now there are Track, Artist, Album, Genre, and Folder options. If you do not want to add Composer as an additional option because it would mess up the screen, then perhaps permit the final option (currently Folder) to be a custom menu option. It could have Folder, Composer, Performer, and Year options that we the user could select (I'd choose Composer). This should be an easy add.

I would be very interested in this as well as I am looking to buy the M11 Plus Ltd.

My Shanling M3X has 150ms delay in USB DAC mode and it is already too significant. It also doesn't support MQA in this mode.

Does the M11 Plus support MQA unfolding in USB DAC mode?
