It should charge the M11 fine but possibly not in fast charge mode. The M11 uses Quick Charge 2.0 for fast charging. The Samsung charger uses Adaptive Fast Charging which is a different standard.

Yes, it will say "Quick Charge" on the charging screen between the percentage and lightning bolt. It will also say "Fast charge is on" on the bottom of the Lock Screen.

Is it worth to buy a 2019 model?. I have a huge digital collection (almost 4 TB) so 2 sd cards would be awesome, but on the other side, it's an android 7 model, with 2 years, so I'm a little bit worried about being out of date pretty soon. I have no intention tu use Tidal or any other digital service, just play my own collection

My other question, any experience at ebay with wwwhifi-passionde?

Thats a good question. The support lifetime of DAPs seems to be becoming painfully short. The M11, M11 Pro and M15 are apparently similar platforms so if new firmware becomes available, I suspect the M11 will get it along with the others. Of course, the soon to be released models are completely different CPUs and Android versions, so that may not bode well for us.

Till now Fiio was far better, to improve the M11 (Googleplay) or correct some annoying issues (Bluetooth Volume Level), than A&K is with their Dap's which is almost null with no bugs corrections (even making the DAP unusable in many situations) nor any improvement to expect from them (limited app available for the users ) !!!

Is the M11 able to be used with Android Auto in cars ?

Or if it doesn't is there a way of playing music from the M11 ? In the vehicle there is a USBC and USBA socket ( Nissan Murano with Apple Carplay and Android Auto compatibility )

Nope.

Closest you can get is BT it to the Nissan but then your phone is disconnected plus you can't control other than skip tracks from the head unit

My M11 has been showing a strange bug for a few weeks now when I use Spotify. Spotify app cannot detect internet connection. While other apps show no issue in running or detecting internet, Spotify app cannot easily do it.

I uninstalled and reinstalled it, still it takes few minutes if not more before detecting connection and running. Anyone else had the same issue?

i have this issue with my ibasso dx160. exactly same as yours even the timeline. with this, i conclude that it's spotify problem. sigh

My M11 volume wheel is terrible, if I try to reduce the volume it will jump up and down, I can usually get it where I want eventually it but it is awful. Is this just a design flaw or is mine defective?

Can someone tell me how to force 96khz over LDAC on fiio M11. Or it is not possible? As I can not seem to find the relevant settings anywhere on it
