I had the same issue. a fresh reboot did the trick and showed the correct sample rate

Still would love a way of leveraging the embedded lyrics in my 28,000 plus songs in the FiiO player to display in the same way as downloaded .lrc files.

Really don't want to download each songs lyrics when they are already potentially readable in the metadata by the player.

Reading the metadata also reduces the amount of needless files in the storage.

@FiiO any chance of this simple feature being added ? Other players read the metadata without issue and without the need to have an external .lrc text file ( eg. Poweramp )

I was the happy owner of a FiiO M11 but after a problem with the sound wheel, it went to an after-sales service. As this one is not available any more at the salesman, he proposes me a credit note.

I hesitate to take the M11 Pro (which is still available to him) knowing that I have to add a lot of money and that the M11 already satisfied me perfectly. Moreover, I risk having the same problem as my M11 since the M11 Pro is no longer produced either...

Do we know when the replacements for the M11/M11 PRO will be released and if they will be in the same price range?

Finally, should I take the FiiO M11 Pro or should I wait for the future FiiO audio player (if they don't come out in more than a year) to use my credit?

I just went through my library with TagScanner to edit all the metadata on the computer. Is there a way to transfer the metadata onto the M11 or do I need to just delete all the files and transfer them back over? Also, is it possible to tag multiple genres to a file and have that song show up within more than one genre simultaneously on the device?

Multiple genres are supported in tags with either a semicolon or "/" separator. Not all players read them correctly, however.

GENRE = Rock;Folk;Alternative or Rock/Folk/Alternative

Flac also supports having multiple separate GENRE tags with different values. I believe that is also true for ID3v2.4 tags as well.

I'm sorry, I should have been more specific. I was asking which software you were using to play, I don't think FiiO Music supports multiple tags. I believe foobar2000 does.

I just tested and foobar2000 does support multiple genres with the semicolon separator (on M11).

Ah my apologies. Yes I've been using Fiio Music. I used to use Poweramp but I just got sick of its functionality over time. Do you have a different app that you could recommend? I don't care much if it's a paid app or not.

Like most here, I use USB Audio Player Pro (UAPP). Unfortunately, it does not work with multiple genre tags if that is important to you.
