My solution to Tidal offline “missing content” : Create your own playlist and add the songs to it. Ive found out that the songs in the playlist never went “missing”.

I recently purchased a FiiO M11. I discovered today that the volume dial does not work correctly. When I try to decrease the volume it sometimes increases instead. The faster I try to decrease that faster it seems to increase. Using the dial to increase the volume, however, works correctly.

Hello to everybody. I have one problem with connecting wireless headphones. I stopped seeing LDAC in the top bar. I removed and reinstalled the headphones from the device. Still nothing. I have LDAC checked in the settings.
They are Sony WH-1000XM3.
Does anyone have a similar problem? I think it happened to me after installing the last FW.

Please check whether the setting of your Sony WH-1000XM3 lead to the problem via the Sony headphone app first. If the issue still remains, please reset both the M11 and the headphone then reconnect for check?

Good day guys.

I've been having some problems with the M11 recently. Whenever I use the 4.4mm jack, the button in it seems stuck and won't bounce back properly, so I lost my 3.5mm output whenever that happens. I've tried cleaning it with contact cleaner and isopropyl alcohol, and it didn't solve the issue permanently. Even a slight touch to the inner button will cause it to get stuck again, and I have to repeat the same procedure, and it's annoying. Is there a way to solve this issue?

Also, for @FiiO, is it possible to make a firmware for the M11 that allows all the jacks to be used at the same time like the X7ii does? It doesn't solve the issue, but at least I don't lose functionality with it.

Sorry to hear about that. It seems to be a hardware issue with the knob. Please try a factory restore to see if it helps first. If you are using the Android version FiiO Music app, you could adjust the volume in the now playing page by sliding up from the right edge for help still.

And you could also contact the seller to see whether he could help. If not, you could email us with the receipt attached. Sorry for bringing inconvenience to you.

Trying blackplayer and foobar2000. Its weird fiio app finds 74 more tracks than both blackplayer and foobar find. Take me way too long to go through 30k songs to find missing.

It seems that my 'Play All' icon (which appears at the top left of all lists view in Fiio Music app) only seem to work when i'm under any specific album, but not when i'm at the root of eg an artist having several albums. I already reset + rescan my whole db, i also cleared app's cache + delete datas, and i'm using latest fw 1.1.1 Also no matter which view i'm using (Artist/Genre/Folders), this icon does nothing except when i'm in a specific album, but that's actually the place where it's totally useless as when i'm in an album, clicking any track of the album will already launch the whole album playing.

Only workaround i found so far is by using the recently added new function of switching from album list display to track list display. But this cannot be achieved in folder view, plus i don't understand why it's not working while in album list display.

That's kinda weird. Anybody else experiencing this ? Am i the only one ? Or maybe not much people feel concerned about this strange behavior ?

Thank you for the reply @FiiO. Looking forward to the result, and hopefully that firmware thing can be done. I don't have a spare DAP to be used right now if I were to send the M11 back, so I'll make do with balanced out (though admittedly I do use it more than the 3.5mm).

I could have sworn from the beginning the Fiio M11 showed a higher sampling rate in Amazon Music HD, but now no matter the source sampling rate, the app is reporting the "Device Capability" of the Fiio M11 is only 24/44. I will attach photos of my iBasso DX160 and Fiio M11 for reference playing the same song with the same headphones using the same settings.

You could try to starts playback first in the third-party app(the sampling rate is higher than or equal to 88.2k) . And can your Amazon Music app work fine now? If yes, you would need to contact Amazon Music APP for checking about that.

Fiio support beat me to it.

looks like a throw back to when Amazon hd was launched and didn't work on M11.
Workaround was using Hiby app, open and play a HI Res file, let it play a while and close app.

now open Amazon app, play track that's not showing true figures and see if there's a change... there should be.

I had the same issue a few months back when I subscribed to HD service.
with Amazon not showing true figure.

Have you tried a fresh reboot? My M11 Pro sometimes gets stuck at lower "device capability" if I have used another music app. It always seems to work correctly if I go directly to the Amazon app after a restart.
