Does anyone know where one can get the new SK-M11 case with the opening in the bottom as in this picture:

It does not appear to be in the Fiio Alixspress store.

Hi,

Recently upgraded my M11 to 1.0.9 and now I have no output on the 3.5mm socket. This is if the unit is set to PO LO or SPDIF. I've done a restarted, factory reset and its still the same on Spotify, FiiO Music or Tidal. Is their anything else I could have missed? It was working fine on 3.5mm headphones before. Unfortunately I can't test the 4.4mm or 2.5mm

Cheers
It has been previously suggested to hold down the Power+Play buttons for 15secs as this does a hard reboot and clears memory caches.

Speaking of BluTooth...

I found these Fiio UTWS1 Blutooth adapters on AliExpress and this looks like the perfect device to turn my higher end IEM's into wireless/cordless. And the price is right at $49.00. My question is: What is BluTooth actually transmitting? I'm assuming that all the decoding is done in the M11 and this is just a digital broadcast of the results from the M11 to the BluTooth receiver??

So for the sake of keeping this simple with no brand of IEM's in question, let's say that the sound quality of the corded IEM's (balanced or unbalanced) - on a scale of 1 to 10 is a 10. What should the sound quality be through the same IEM's on these adapters?

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Thanks for the link. That is the old case with the opening at the top which I had previously found. The reason that the new one has the bottom opening is that inserting the jacks can cause the player to move out of the case. I also like the look better with the leather top.
Actually this is the link i used to buy mine some time ago, i believe FiiO just didn't update the pictures but try to drop them a message to confirm. Pic of mine below.

At $49, they may still be very nice for traveling - I think I am going to have to pick up a set. M11 is on its way! Wednesday! Gonna be hard to part with the X5 - it certainly sounded sweet.

I bought the LC-BT2 for bluetooth listening, as they support LDAC Bluetooth transmission to the FH7.
And to be honest, I can't hear a difference to the wired solution.
But I'm not the pro on these things. Just my very personal impression.

So which mode on the BT2 do you think gives the best sound? And... do the controls work with controlling the M11 or X5?
