Neutron player for Hires Files and USB Audio player pro for Upnp servers or streaming hires music like Qobuz => 2 nice softwares with a good PEQ, though I think UAPP is working in a pure android mode and doesn't use the double AK4493EQ of the M11 (Neutron does).

I never knew this about UAPP - some investigation to do tomorrow!

I am using DAP exclusively outdoors (running 1-2 hours each day) and currently I am using Shanling M0 with either Audiosense T800 or Ety ER4XR. My question is: if I upgrade to M11, how much will the sound quality improved? BTW, in my home, I have full size headphone with AMP/DAC stack, therefore no need of any DAP. Thanks in advance!

Here is a question. I am running 2 512gb sandisk cards. Player recognizes them fine. When I hook up to pc the pc showed nothing on SD card 2 so I can't really transfer music that way.

I had this problem using Tidal on my M11. Its interesting that you didnt have this with your phone. I only have Tidal on my M11 so cant comment, maybe the problem is with the M11 ?. All my content would disappear and I would have to restore it. I did notice that Playlists would not be affected. It happened regularly enough for me not to use the Tidal app for playback. I ended up using Audfree to download to my SD card and now use Poweramp. This isnt ideal, as i would rather use the Tidal app, but having to restore the offline content would take ages. I have not found a solution, if you do let me know.

I'm not holding my breath. I posted in the FiiO forums as well as here an got no response. I'm guessing the M11 does not have the processing power and restoring a large offline library (650 albums) crashes it. It's weird though that each time I try to restore, It will end up loading a different % of the library. After about 5 or 6 tries I got one that loaded about 75% and figured that is the best I'm going to get.

It's frustrating. The Tidal Offline support was what made me jump back to a DAP from using phone>DAC/Amp. But seems it only partially does offline.

Dear friend,

Can the SD card1 and internal storage be recognized fine? If yes, you could put the card to slot 1 and try again. Please check whether you have installed the MTP driver: https://www.fiio.com/newsinfo/184405.html

Best regards

Dear friend,

Please try another Wifi to see if it helps? Does the problem happen in older version Tidal app? Or you could contact the support of Tidal to see whether they could offer further help about that.

Best regards

@FiiO Sorting needs some work. Not only are artists out of order in Artist view list, seems Albums view when sorted by artist are mixed up as well.

In the screenshot you can see Vangelis and Van Halen are mixed up when I would expect the artist's albums to be grouped together in Artist alphabetical order

Received my "bargain" m11 and it arrived with a broken play button and dirty, and scratched 🙈 Honestly if you are in UK, never buy anything refurbished from advancedmp3, as their "as new" standards are lower than our prime ministers taste in hairstyles 😃 Will have to find another one now, for a reasonable price.

That is pretty shocking from them - at the very least they could have cleaned the damn thing!

I got my new M11 from them and no issues, but good to know to steer clear for anything not new!
