I'm enjoying the Fiio Android app. I installed it on my Samsung Galaxy S8. I use it to play dff files (dsd/sacd) through a Chord Mojo DAC. It sounds great, but cuts out once or twice at the beginning of songs. Is there any adjustment I could make to avoid that, or is it my phone? Thanks

Update: I posted on FiiO's forums through their website to get a hold of customer support. Went back today to see if they had replied and found the thread to be missing (which I, and several others had posted in). Still no reply from initial email I sent. I love FiiO products, have the BTR5 and (of course) the M11, but customer service is disappointing at this point.

I posted this in another thread and, possibly, earlier in this one.

Has anyone else experienced an issue with screen persistence on either the M11 or M11 Pro. I ordered and received the M11 Pro a couple weeks ago only to find a defective screen which had a persistent discoloration in the shape of a curved rectangle that took up most of the center of the screen. It was exceptionally bad so I returned it and ordered the M11. Received the M11 a couple days ago only to find the exact same problem, but to a lesser degree. I let it sit with the screen off for a little while and it appeared to diminish it a bit, but it still is very noticeable against grey, black, and purple backgrounds.

A little disappointed that I've received two devices with the same problem when, from what I can tell, very few people have experienced this. Been playing the exchange game for weeks now and FiiO customer service has done little to reconcile this. Managed to get a response from them elsewhere on the head-fi forums, to which they said to just send it back to seller and get a new one. Shipping at my expense... Just a little frustrated because its been several weeks of waiting for the device to be delivered, finding it to be defected, returning it, waiting a couple weeks for my refund, ordering a new one, waiting a couple weeks for that one to come and now only to find that its got the same problem as the first. Really don't feel like playing this game with FiiO indefinitely...

Wish they had a better solution than "Send it back and get a new one" (again, shipping at my expense)!

I don't like to be a drag about it. I can understand one defective screen, it happens. Two though? The M11 and M11 Pro both cost a pretty good chunk of change. Even then, I'm a fan of FiiO products and I want to keep using their stuff, but if this is how customer service is handled then I don't know.

I've got an X7ii and FH7 IEM's. Based purely on sonics, is it worth upgrading to the M11?

Any chance you can give it a demo? There are people who find X7ii better than M11. For me M11 and M11 Pro are better.
