I use a jds labs atom at my desk for my Audeze LCD2CB I feel the sound is a little better in the lows, but this could all be a placebo I cant say but what I can say is I like it :)

Sorry I'm confused you want clean sound but want to distort it with a tube amp ?

Different Amps will output different ohms and this will affect the sound of the headphone. I'm no audio engineer tho so if someone knows better sorry :)

If you are looking for a porable amp you might want to look at something like the new FiiO Q5s with a bass boost. (not out yet :frowning2: )

Sorry if I was rude, medication makes me soso

Hope this helps
Thanks  i dont see any rudeness. Your recomendation perhaps really good with q5s as a possibility to make bass boost. First perhaps will try to get some iems and will wait for possibility to listen q5s and compare in low end. Tube amp is some possibility but newer heard it with iems so dont know what to expect. Like m11 signature a lot so don't want to ruin it :)

I have a technical question which I hope makes sense. I use my Sennheiser HD650 and BTR3 with my M11. Does my headphone produce bluetooth sound of LDAC, Apt x HD etc. or would I need separate bluetooth headphones that produce this sound.

Thanks

I dont think you need anything else,

Supported Audio Format(s) AAC/SBC/aptX/aptX LL/ aptX HD/LDAC/LHDC of the BTR3

but the dac within the BTR3 will be what makes the sound I think as opposed to the dual AK4493 in the M11

Busy listening with my HD800 (SDR) and SonarWorks True-Fi. Superb! Vol at 90/120 and it's plenty loud, smooth, great control. Damn, True-Fi turns the HD800 into bass monsters!

First time trying it but thanks for the heads-up. I generally won't be using it because I don't normally use full-size cans with the M11.

Been using the M11 as my desk solution since my D50 died and nothing else looked like it fitted with the atom or my budget .
