To all owner of M11, I am on the edge of pull my trigger getting one from AliX. I am still using DX150 (with amp8) as my primary DAP as well as DX90j - Had X5iii but I am not fully satisfied with the sound output.
If any owners here can recommend the plus' over DX150 + Amp8, DX90 and X5iii will be appreciated.

I also have a DX150 but with Amp6 and would also be curious how the M11 compares.

I have a x5 3rd gen and an A5 amp.

Should I get the M11 or the Q5s? Asking since I was also looking at a another large capacity sd card too.

Get M11, so you can compare to the X5-III and let me know whether or not I should upgrade my X5-III

Well I ordered the M11 from aliexpress. So I'll be able to compare to the DX150. Does anyone know if the M11 supports MQA or will?

I thin James from Fiio categorically said no.

Actually it looks like in a comment he made on Facebook to that question he said they "are still taking care of this issue"

Thanks for that. i could have sworn i read a post a few days back on here where James said the licensing fee etc make MQA on the M11 unviable.

Oh maybe. This was 2 weeks ago. I just saw it though as I did a search for it after posting on here.

The current Tidal app should support MQA on any Android device. Or use UAPP but not sure if it's possible to install the app since the M11 (and probably the next Fiio's high-end DAPs) doesn't suposup Google Play store.

You can get the UAPP .apk from APKPure.

I know any android device supports MQA but without the MQA certification it won't perform the final unfold to the full 24/192. Also as far as no google play store, I have seen some mentioning aurora store as an alternative and saying it works nicely going to give that a shot when I get mine. I haven't seen anything official about google play support but there have been things said about the M11 launching in china first because it is easier since they don't need google play support as much over there (not sure if it is actually true), so that kind makes me interpret that as there may be google play support in a future firmware for the US version once launched. But I could be interpreting that wrong.
