More investigations with tihs problem:

Easy to identify this problem, when you rotate a volume knob from click to click it work fine, but when you will rotate it from click to not click and let it go in half between clicks, then it will itself increase volume to max or decrease to min itself.

Strange behaviour, without fixing it's useless for multimedia.

Thanks, right I fixed it, I have select some certifcates from site and this was cause a problem, solution is to Cancel any certificates and site is load fine.

@FiiO - after upgrade a firmware on website jadeaudio.com now my volume sometimes increase or decrease itself to maximum or minimum when move volume knob!

For example I rotate volume knob for volume up, left knob and volume goes itself goes up to maximum. This happen sometimes.

Before there was no problem like this ! This happen after upgrade firmware for sure. I quess your hold button function in latest firmware some mess here.

Please FIX THIS fast, now this device is useless

Great thank you, waiting for solution, without solution fix try to use it at night

By the way, is it possible that firmware to KB1 was badly flashed via jade.audio website ? Or it's not possible if device work fine exept this strange volume behavior.

Another question, for what this KB1 have Bluetooth and 2.4GHz options in settings ? does it mean it has built in Bluetooth comunication ?

I make option to turn off light like you showed in previous post SW on Mute button, but not perfect solution (lost Mute button)

Any plans on expanding this line -- e.g.: KB3/5/7/9K? More keys would certainly add value to the product.

The KB1 has been discontinued and may no longer be sold.

Need to remind myself that KB1 is not the same as KB1K.

I use one of the buttons to mute my microphone. Is there any way to program the lights to switch between just two colors, to instantly see microphone status?
I haven't yet found a "Color Table" that uses only two colors.

Another question I have, and I can't seem to find any documentation for this, is how do you use the "User Scripts"?
