Hi guys, I've been happily using my fiio K1 dac with a fine usbc/micro usb cable and my Nexus 6P for quite a while. Unfortunately, the Nexus 6P died on me with that infamous bootloop.
So I'm using a Moto G5+ phone for now. And boy do I miss the old sound. Thing is, I got me a micro usb to micro usb cable and the K1 turns on its blue light but it won't produce any sound.. only if you use USB Audio Player Pro (BUT still it will disconnect and reconnect continously).
There's also a fiio ML06 microusb cable but I'm not sure to spend the money, it might no do any chance.
Anybody had luck with this combination? Also evaluating the root, but it's a risk I prefer to stay away from unless confirmed to do any good.. Thanks!!
