I noticed the cable is actually different on this picture than what I actually got which was an all silver plated copper. This a regional thing possibly @FiiO ?

It says picture is for illustration only. So not a real production cable?

Amazon says "Transportation regulations restrict this item to ground shipping". I wonder if they think that there is a lithium battery in there somehow. Anywho, seriously contemplating picking these up as a complement to my other earphones. I don't have any hybrids currently and the reviews on these seem pretty solid so far!

It is the same one in that pic you linked to. All silver looking. Which is a SPC cable they have on the description of them. I would imagine the final product is what is pictured and not on that marketing pic. Which looks more like a hybrid copper with SPC cable.

Not sure it will sound like the Oriolus mk2.
This sounds like a V shaped with some steep low and high emphasis. Different emphasis on mids peak and the fiio seem to emphasize more on lower treble based on graph.

Slight tangent: Oriolus will release a 200$ iem this year. You also have the Forsteni that's actually out.

Should be interesting this year with iems at this price level.

Can you link to the news of Oriolus' new IEM? (and will it be $199 or closer to the kid $200's like the FH5?)
