About the price different, the cost difference come from the metal case and the driver, accessories,

1, About the metal case, you should noticed that the FH5 includes 3 different parts and the shape is far more complex than our F9/F9 pro, we call it "TriShell", if you get both on hand , you will figure out what a huge improvement based on F9 PRO.

2,About the drivers, this time, we used a very famous ED BA for the middle , the ED driver is quite expensive , plz noted that not every BA cost the same.

3, This time the FH5 comes with a very good cable and better package.

BTW, you guys can waiting for the reviews and I believe you will not disappoint about FH5.

Oh, because of the 4 drivers (?)

Welp, at least FH5 sounds pretty cool as a name, in comparison.

F9Pro doesn't have 9 drivers either, so I think that the naming scheme doesn't follo the number of drivers as a headline.

Yes, we will rename the F9PRO as FH3 when we update it in the future.

6 Days Left until FH5's Launch

Supercar-like Chassis Structure

Only a solid chassis could create a pure and clean sound. Using the TRISHELL patented structure, the shell of FH5 is made of Aluminium Magnesium Alloy processed by five-axis machining. Using three screws for the most stable three-point fixing, it could minimize unnecessary resonance and distortion to get a pure and solid sound.

Thank you for your clarification. I apologize If I have offended you in anyway. My price concern was mere a speculation.
I'm sure FH5 will prove to be worth its price.

Enjoying the iBasso IT01's. Great $100 headphones. Their IT04's are priced to high for me to consider. Now I see these HF5's. Thought, another $500 headphone :triportsad: Read the thread... $260.. I can get down with that.

After losing my SE846's I can't justify paying that much for a pair of IEM's again.

Excited to give these a try when I get a chance, but I must say that I'm disappointed to see that the cable that comes with FH5 comes with a TRS 3.5mm, when so many of their DAPs already come with a balanced 2.5mm output. Not entirely a deal breaker but would have added more value, seeing that this is their TOTL IEM.

I'm excited for these to be released. I can't wait to see how they're received.
