Who's saying it was the cable at fault? I could have tried the cable from my F9's, but couldn't be bothered to find the fault. I just returned them and now see Advancedmp3players.co.uk have an "Open box" pair going for £35. Couldn't be my old pair, could it?

Defo the mmcx connection on my cable. Swapped it to the other earpiece and it transferred the fault to the other ear.

Yes same cables. I think their cables are generally good quality. Someone will be in trouble at QC for this batch.

You have to admit though that they aren't doing too bad for a relatively young company. Their prices are quite agreeable for what they provide so far.

The gapless playback issue was fixed quite quickly from memory, as I had one at the time.

Seems like the blue pairs have better build quality from what I've been reading. I have a blue pair that'll be coming later today, so hopefully the quality holds up better than the Black pairs I've had.

They go loud on my Hong Kong LG G6 and my iphone 6s Plus. Can't listen to them for long over 3/4 volume.

I had to send my black pair of FH1 IEM’s back to Amazon, they developed a break in one of the connections. I’m gonna try another pair in blue which I believe are a later batch.
