FiiO EM3 - Impression and Discussion

I have not tried earbuds in a long time due to comfort and fit issues, the only ones that fit me good were the old style Apple earbuds (prior to earpods) I hope the EM3 will be a good fit for my ears.

It's been a while since I've found a comfortable enough ear bud to consider for daily use. It seems a pretty common issue and theme for their style.
Are these any different?

I wish Fiio would into venturing hybrid IEMs in the near future, something in the likes of DN2000j would be nice

The EX2 might take the DN2000J as base. Astell & Kern did released a budget FAD Heaven IV based (AKR01)to test the market, before getting into serious stuffs (Fi-BA-SS based AKR02 and JH Audio Roxanne based AKR03) Actually, that wouldn't surprise me that Fiio's next iem will be in the high end range and I vote for the high end Dunu iems

The EX1 already sounds way better than most sub $100 pair or iems, at first usage it was quite sibilant but once burned for a couple of days, the tone is more balanced and I don't hear any kind of sibilances anymore. Thumbs up for Fiio ☺

thepooh, you are so smart, Thanks for helping us name our new earphone as "EX2",but we should have a new earphone in the coming months , but its name might not be "EX2".

Does this benefit from an amplifier? Will it be good with your small A1 amplifier? The impedance is quite high for an earbud.

It works ,but  for the sound quality, different person has different taste. personally, it is not bad for me .
