The design sure looks great. How about include mic (with volume control), detachable cables, extra accessories (like earhoox, to improve fitting) and the function to change the earbud to IEM?

All that would be nice but it would raise the price significantly...probably.

Sweat resistant in what sense? If you will get sweat on the driver or inside it, it is dead. Cables are probably good even when touching sweat though.

I don't think that sweat resistant earphones would survive having their membrane touched by sweat. 
 
I am not sure if it is a gimmick or nor. 

 
There are very few IEMs that will have hardened cables due to sweat, but most IEMs out there should be good to go for working out. EM3 should be great too.

The instruction manual for the Sony AS800AP shows you how to remove sweat/water from inside the housing.

Depending on how they're coated, I'm sure some drivers would be fine with sweat on the membrane. Not sure about the EM3 though.
