I am in the market for a DAC to hook up to my computer and hopefully improve its sound quality. I am debating on whether to get the E10 which appeals to me because of the presence of  bass boost when I'm feeling a bit more adventurous, or the very well received Dragonfly. The Dragonfly is admittedly double the price of the E10 so I would like to know if it's worth the extra money and some other opinions or more suggestions for DACs in the under $150 range.

I like E10 bass boost with my Ultrasones. It's a little bit boomy but definately nice feature. I keep it on at all times. Haven't heard Dragonfly but I can recommend E10 if you can get it under 80.

I'd go the Dragonfly myself, depends how much cost swings things for you.
