Can someone compare the sound quality of BTR15 with DC04 PRO?
I've got the same issue on PC. Can it be solved with a future firmware update?(Using a translator)
Has anyone else experienced issues when watching youtube videos using the BTR15?
Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra - Bluetooth LDAC - Fiio BTR15 - 3.5mm iem
After playing the video, the sound comes after 1-2 seconds, but I can't hear the first 1-2 seconds of the video.
I believe this is an issue with the buffer, but I couldn't find any relevant menu in the fiio app, or in the btr15 device settings.
Has anyone solved a similar problem?

Hmm did you come from Dongle madness? XD I remember the reviewer doing a comparison and saying they sound similar. Can someone compare the sound quality of BTR15 with DC04 PRO?
Yes nd I was thinking for buying new dongle. About wire connected headphones which of the two would you prefer? As for Bluetooth is not necessary for me.Hmm did you come from Dongle madness? XD I remember the reviewer doing a comparison and saying they sound similar.
In my own experience, they don't sound very similar. DC04 pro is smoother and has more dynamics (low volume parts are quieter, louder parts are louder). BTR15 via bluetooth has more sharpness. I can't tell which is warmer as they are pretty close in that aspect there are various settings for each device that can slightly influence the sound, and neither are warmish dacs. DC04pro has slightly more resolution and soundstage but the details don't pop as it's more laidback, while BTR15 sounds more aggressive and fun for pop genre. BTR15 via cable sounds more detailed but more clinical like many typical ESS dac daps, so I prefer BTR15 via bluetooth.
I only use iems. Soundwise only, I prefer DC04pro, but it's close.Yes nd I was thinking for buying new dongle. About wire connected headphones which of the two would you prefer? As for Bluetooth is not necessary for me.

is the XMOS firmware upgrade included on the Bluetooth firmware or both need to be individually upgraded? one via Bluetooth and the other via USB from a Windows machineThe new XMOS firmware 125 and Bluetooth firmware v3.5 for BTR15 are now available!
Firmware download link and update instruction: Click here
I just updated my BTR15. The XMOS firmware 125 I updated via Windows PC. While the v3.5, I downloaded to my phone and updated by selected local update using the FiiO Control App. My DAC is now running v3.5 (verified on the DAC itself) and from the FiiO Desktop Application running v1.25.is the XMOS firmware upgrade included on the Bluetooth firmware or both need to be individually upgraded? one via Bluetooth and the other via USB from a Windows machine
