O
OK thanks a lot will try that if the FiiO page update fails, not that I will know probably just cycling the same "updating" screen...

Update: Off course the damn FiiO web updater crashed my computer, what else did I expect...
Iphone doesn't detect BT11 in bluetooth settings now I'm completely stuck...

Can somebody please explain the whole procedure, what I did is stuck BT11 in usb c port of my laptop, it got detected by fiio updater webpage, and then the screen "updating please don't disconnect" goes on forever...

On Iphone I cant even add the damn thing it doesn't show neither under bluetooth neither in fiio control app, so not much I can do to update on iOS.

First of all, make sure that your bt11 is not getting paired to any Bluetooth device

Connect bt11 via usb to your iPhone
You should see bt11 when pressing “add new device”
When you added and open that bt11 and you should get popup saying something like paring request and you should click pair

Than you go to settings -> firmware upgrade -> local upgrade and choose 1.0.9 firmware you probably downloaded manually from link posted here before to your iPhone storage..

Yeah exactly what I'm doing but get stuck on the screen below, after tapping add device I get next screen with no device listed on it...

I didn't need to download any file manually. The iOS FiiO Control App immediately prompted for the update as soon as bluetooth connected.

Than most probably paired automatically to your pc or android device
Try disabling Bluetooth on these devices
Nope disabled all still nothing, I'll try reseting the damn thing on my android phone

On my android phone it immediately shows upafter i forget, disable, remove pairings and delete the BT11

One last try for today, sorry must go to sleep here, I’m from Israel and it’s late here.
Try keeping bt11 connected to your android and from iPhone try pair as you tried before.

OK will do, actually already did bu doesn't hurt to try once more as the fiio web updater doesn't work anyway, can try with another iphone tomorrow if this doesn't work...

And hello and good night to Israel, thanks for your help :)
