I run mine off of the singxer su6 i2s and it is slightly better. Not a huge upgrade like some other dacs but noticeable. I’d be totally happy running it off of coax.

How do you set up the Singxer su6 with i2S output to Wandla ? Wandla couldn’t read the DSD file at all when I use Singxer su6.

I haven’t tried wandla’s usb input, but if you have a good coax or aes transport then probably not.

ah you might need to mess with the dad specific switches. sorry I don’t use dsd

If you use it with the Hypsos, you can tune that - the range is 22-30V, standard setting of 24v sounded aggressive to me - 22v was perfectly smooth, so you have a lot of headroom into piercing treble that would make my ears bleed.

it looks like you have to change the device from DoP to nativ dsd.
Settings -> Audio -> Device setup.

For those who want to try the I2S input with a better clock signal, it would be important to know what does the Wandla use for the internal clock.

Is it an ocxo, tcxo, femto clock? Can't find info about that in the specifications..

I have all 3. You need that splitter AND an extra power cord. The Hypsos comes with one, the splitter comes with one. To plug in the third device you'd still be one cable short. (I Had to buy the splitter and one extra cable.)

Iirc mt stack came with two cord. I believe all i bought was the splitter.

Looking at my invoice, I had to buy an extra cord. Hypsos had one cord, splitter had another, and I bought one to hook up the Wandla.

Since others already stated that you have to buy the splitter plus extra cable, this is what that looks like.
