After 5 years of loitering around the portable & IEM thread I got the urge for some over the head cans. Having spent the last two or three months going through thread after thread, drawing up lists, striking off cans and re-adding others I came to a decision that the Fischer Audio's FA-002w's were the way to go (HD25's had me tempted and AKG's new K550 looks nice but I'm impatient now).
I imagine many of you can identify with over-researching a purchase and the relief experienced once you've picked out 'the one'. I'm all ready to go to GD Audiobase to place the order and thought I'd have a look at Fischer Audio's Facebook page and I see this:
Dammit !!
So, does anybody here know anything about the update? I had wanted these for mid-October but it seems silly to order with an update like that on their page
