. Monolake, IDM tune just sounded really good, for separation and maybe imaging?. Sometimes I feel stereo could be wider but then I think that the artist didn't make it wide themselves to begin with having heard other stuff using it more as an effect.

? Other than that the materials of the IE600 are better which makes them sturdier. Other things are negligible. I'd buy 3rd party cables anyway.
IE200 got a plastic housing instead of metal, right? Looking at Moondrop Aria I quite like the metal housing feeling more so than plastic.

IMO, too much of a risk with all of the counterfeit IE 600 and IE 900 out there. The cheapest I have seen them in US was $349 (direct from Sennheiser). Sorry, I don't know about EU, but maybe they will go on sale again.

The fakes look so good, I would be hesitant to buy from any questionable source. I personally got mine direct.

Something about yours have you concerned? Mine look the same as yours, at least the pictures you have posted. Maybe I missed a post, but I would think the fake versions would not allow for registering on the Sennheiser site, right?

Thanks for that. The rim around the nozzle looks really clean compared to mine. Are yours made in Germany? My box says made in Ireland. I can also notice the rows of lines that I assume were the 3d printing of the shells. Same as on mine. Do your shells ever feel cold like a metal?

Just to.comment my unit's sound quality. They are pretty incredible, I don't have golden ears, but I can hear it's something special.

Apologies, looked back and noticed the original post wasn't your pictures. I agree with you and would buy direct nowadays due to the knockoffs.

@navii mine were made in Ireland. Purchased from Amazon Japan when they were first released.
