Hahaha you're probably right.
I'll be going to Canada the 1st of July to visit my 4 grandkids, (ages 2, 4, 6 and 8) in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Nanaimo is on Vancouver Island.My youngest just had her 1st...grandparenting is a great gig.
I'm really liking this idea of the extra sockets.....Regarding 6J5 tubes.
Eric said that it can be used in Ultimate with this adapter - https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/204015057943?
That means you can also use GEC L63. The craziness has just gone up one notch.
However the adapter has a size of 60mm x 120mm. The current standard Mini UltimatE doesn't have this space. The Junior chassis may have this space, and of course the standard Gold (U-Amp) chassis is all good for this adapter.
Alternatively Eric can build 2 socket for 6J5 / L63 instead of 6SN7 but that means going with the bigger golden chassis. The chassis comes in silver and black as well. Or perhaps if you want, Eric can build in 2 x 6J5 sockets and one 6sn7 socket and have a switch to select between the 2.
So that means that one could use 2 - 6J5's or L63's or 6J8's, the 7A4 that @bcowen mentioned or CV6/7193 with the appropriate adapters in those 2 single triode tube locations..........If you're interested in the 6J5 and 6SN7 sockets and you're in the queue, please let Eric know. You have to opt for the bigger chassis though.
Eric has mock up the layout and it should look like this.
Here's more information on those 2 different looking plates in the CV6 Tubes.

Showcasing Telefunken EL12 and EL12N.
I've kept these tubes for many years, unable to use them since experimenting in Feliks Audio Euforia, where the occasional hum drives me crazy. But the sound is amazing. I have always love these tubes. Almost on par with Telefunken EL12 spez.
The adapters arrived from China... finally. I start off with the coke bottle shape EL12 - 250v (there are some EL12/375v) and a big smile appeared on my face. I can't believe how good it sound and quiet. Next I swapped to the EL12N - 425v. Just as good if not better ! Spec wise EL12N and EL12 spez are the same except the latter has top anode cap.
@mordy this is especially for you. EL12 and EL12N as power tubes in Ultimate sound amazing. Astounding clarity, top end extension and bass !

Tubes, tubes, everywhere;
And all the adapters did shrink.
Tubes, tubes, everywhere;
Nor any pins to sink …
Getting ahead of myself. Would have to have the single tube adapter made for the CV6/7193/CV1135 tubes. I think it might be just be easier to go with this adapter in the 6SN7 socket for now.I'll be going to Canada the 1st of July to visit my 4 grandkids, (ages 2, 4, 6 and 8) in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Yes almost feel like I needed another Ultimate in that configuration.
But for me, I would have gone 2 x EL11 and 6SN7.

I have several EL12 but always had hum with them. However, I also have several EL12N and no problems. Also have a couple of EL6 which are supposed to be the same as EL12 with a different base.Showcasing Telefunken EL12 and EL12N.

You can use EL6 with the proper adapter (ebay has it) and it should sound equally good.
