It is however the strain relief is not perfect like the Micro. One other options is a 4" TWag LOD.

If you want, I can try....I do have a better option on solving the strain relief. However Its not fully tested yet.

if not, do you know if my cable shipped already? I ask as the cheapy LOD i was using has now broke and i'm using my headphones direct to the ipod - sounds rubbish

if you recall, i was after a centre exit TWag micro viablue LOD, but you were having issues with strain relief so offered a 4" Elite for the same price.

If I could now get a 4" centre exit micro, that'd be superb - I don't mind waiting for it, assuming you're happy with the strain relief
