Hello Craig,

Thank you for the fast shipping!! I've just received my protector balanced TWag cable and Micro LOD as well! The quality of workmanship on balanced TWag in superb; unfortunately, same did not apply for the Micro LOD. It seems that the cable running out of switchcraft RCA is melted and causing the cable unflexible. May I kindly ask you an exchange for another Micro LOD?

those arent melted cable. those are glue. try to "peel" them off?

slightly heat it with a hair dryer and it will peel off. I really need to replacement my glue gun.....

I can always replace...

actually thats fro my fingers when I burnt them on my glue gun. My fingers might have grabbed the wire...

okay.. with the arrival of this micro lod and mini to mini i've completed my collection of twag cables

and i'm having trouble burning them in... ran out of dap/amps...

craig! do us a favor next time! burn in all the twag cable u sell...
