Looking for some DnB with a hard hitting but clean bass line. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure what you mean by "clean" bass line as most DnB's bass lines are more often distorted in a way than not, listening to 50-100 Hz sine waves would be boring.
Anyways, here are some tracks, the bass synths don't have much content in the mid and high frequencies:

Pluton & Skyer: Gravity https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ah7-iPEVWBc
Apex: Inner Space https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gSaH1yaRkzI

If you prefer heavier vibes, then:

Hybris: Gravitron https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LE5iMQZLTxA
Noisia & Spor: Falling Through https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DnUTO48ncpY

I included links just in case you don't know how to google

With half the arrangement using orchestral instruments, I wouldn't categorize that album as electronic--more like a soundtrack for some imaginary sci-fi epic movie/game (which was what he was going for). I personally love it when composers mix orchestral and electronic though, and it's something I do myself as a composer:

I liked the music but not the Vocalloid styled vocals. I checked out his bandcamp page and he's got some nice tracks strewn among his various albums:
