I recently took my EF5 on a plane and when I got off, it didn't work. The tube will not light up and the relay will not switch on. I checked the power supply with my multimeter and it is working fine. I don't know how to diagnose the amplifier itself, so what kind of store can I take it to? Does anybody have the skill anymore to fix these things? I won't send it back to Head-Direct because the warranty is invalid. If anybody can fix it themselves, let me know how much money you want ... maybe we can work something out.
