I did EM4>EM6>S-EM6>EM32. All the users of EM32 are satisfied and think that it's an upgrade: bigger soundstage, more detailed, little less dynamic, better resolution. But be carefull with the sound signature, if you fear sub bass it's not a CIEM for you. Please read the EM32 thread, completely, then you'll understand what I say

They are not the same. And I suppose there's no universal version of Em32.

The redirecting is not done, you've to go through the store. Normaly the EM32 are made for stage and the musicians don't buy them through the website, but I'll tell them to change that.
 
At the moment the EM6 is the only CIEM that has its universal version because it's very difficult to develop the exact same sound from a CIEM to an IEM. That's why Franck Lopez said it was a revolution. It's not a universalization, it's a unique product. And that's why the S-EM6 is as expansive as the EM6, because it's the same sound.
 
I doubt that a universalization of the EM32 will be developed, but EarSonics is a very dynamic and inovative firm, who knows ?

But the point is if you want to find a special sound, you must think of ear sonic haha
Since it's not public tuning which is quite interesting to have a pair!

What size tip do these take? I'd read they take Westone but no way are the tips supplied with my W4r going to fit

If they are the star tips that were released recently, apparantly they go on with a little persuading,  If you look back through the posts on thread you should see rudi's set with a pair on.  You won't be able to use those with the westones after as apparantly they stretch the core too much.  You try at your own risk etc
