Just checking in... We are setting up around 11:00 AM ? Chairs and tables are provided by the library. We bring power strips, Will the general public be allowed to take part or is it just the Head-Fi group?

Actually, they do not permit early entry. There may be a party before us so the earliest we can set up is 12:30. And yes, chairs and tables are provided. I'm bringing a few power strips/extension cords. The general public is permitted.
