time to go into recovery mode and wipe.... but after you wipe..it will need to try to wait for 10-20mins before it can finally boot back to normal screen~

they somehow fix the play all function..but they screwed up the album list~...damn..

Dont know if anyone had mentioned\noticed this - Browsing and Scanning are not the same thing.
If I am playing a song, I then put in a new 64GB card  - it allows me to browse the card but if I try to play a song, it will go back to playing the original song I was playing. Its been about 3 mins so far and still the same happening - I'm guessing its still scanning the new media and building the DB.
I'll keep trying to play something on the 64GB card and see how long it take to allow me to play.

**** EDIT - that took about 5mins to scan the 64GB card and allow me to play a track from the last directory on the card  *****

Think iBasso need to try and speed this process up

Think this has been mentioned already. If you are playing a track and click My Music, you are taken back to the last screen you were in eg if you were browsing the Directory and then play a song - if you click My Music, you are taken back the Directory, rather than the root of the My Music menu ie with Now Playing, Directory, All Music, Album....going back to root would seem like a more sensible option to me

Just think how capable you'll be after a bit of time with applying regular firmware updates

So, is it possible to play 24/192 files after the update or not?

This is quite important to me!

If it is, does the coax output work now without downsampling?

  1. 24/192 plays like 45rpm set to 33rpm with a lot of noise...so basically crippled...
  2. coax out is not included in the release note
  3. single quote does not work for me still...

Confirmed. 24/192 is playing slow and single quote still does not work. The fact that the release note states that the quote issue is fixed is a bit troubling. Maybe iBasso should use some members to verify their fixes actually work before sending them out.

The DX50 looks like a good learning opportunity to exercise patience...
