Anker Primd with USB A port to C cable will charge 340 just fine. It has problems with C ports though.

The C ports will also supply 12V DC if you have a typr C to 12V DC cables and warrant to run DC supergain as well
I got the Prime GaN charger with 1 USB-A and 2 USB-C ports. If I decide to keep it, I will use the USB A for charging and normal running at home.

I haven't used it yet and I may return it for one that gives an output voltage readout. I love anker products these days!

How do the MDR Z1R sound on the DX340? Need to get more headphones in the collection lol
It is for when I crave my basshead dark side. It warmth and bassy capabilities synergies well with 340 neutralities and flat.

Here is my 340 running off Anker Prime both charging and DC-12V. This is another better solutions to maximize your 340 on the go.

It certainly beats the Ni-CD power bank alone for DC-12V alone on portability and practicality.

For people who wondered about this solutions. Here is all you need

Anker Prime
12V DC
DC Adapter

You are killing my bank account!! This would be ideal and such a clean solution that is easy for anyone.

This happened on my old DX320.
I remember the fix was to use enable "scoped storage" in settings and rescan your library.
That did the trick thank you so much!! Funny the time away from UAPP forced me to figure out Mango a little bit. Might not be as horrible as I thought it was 😜

thanks, I hope I didn't come off as rude. If so I apologize. I was genuinely confused because I assumed that mango OS will boot faster due to being a purist OS. Very interesting!!
There could be changes to FW which could speed boot times. This DAP is a baby still. They are using UFS chip for memory which is faster than EEMC. Don't know what Sony uses. Just get a cheap nano Anker like I have and leave your DAP powered on. I get 3 hours from 100% full battery charge before it starts using built in DAP batteries. Cost me $10. The CPU core min frequency is not set right which will impact battery life. Some of the bloat wastes battery. I have not fully optimized mine yet since as soon as Paul gets back I will be re-Flashing it and would have to do all the work all over again.

Mate, that very audio world of ours is full of ego and misplaced certitudes. No apologies needed at all. I hope your musical journey with and w/o the DX340 will give you the satisfaction you are expecting.

We keep speaking/writing to much about gears (cannot help ourselves, can’t we?) and we tend to forget our music from time to time. A track for us:

There is no forcing it. Just protocol stuff. The cables request 12V DC and that is what the bank putting out as it is compatible
Just wish we could do super gain from internal batteries. It sounds so much better. It is like the DAC is only running at 50% and super gain takes it to 100%
