I would contact Paul at ibasso. I would guess since the Max is shipping, they have the batteries now. :^)

They aligned across the top. Bottom, top, middle. I would guess it also depends upon where they socket are on the board.

I got my last DAP 1.5 years ago and didn't look back. No temptation, calmness, no trigger. And one and a half years later I just start peeking into the threads and boom! Here I am reading DAP threads!
