Does the Raven still swirl when you try to clean it with the microfiber cloth? Did Empire Ears resolve the two pin issue? Would like to make sure these are resolved before purchasing. Thank you Bloom!

I haven't personally had hands on with the newly released Raven, but it has a satin black finish, so there shouldn't be any swirling. Yes, they did.

I know that you don’t sell EE products outside USA. But this has nothing to do with that.
Raven product page is not available. All other EE products are there.

Ask your tech to check the links and fix em.
