Make damn sure there's no RF interference, please. Would be ridiculous if we get another DAP like this from iBasso

It was an issue on the DX160. This DX240 looks to have the same or similar design so I thought I'd put in a word about this. I actually really like Paul's products and would've continued to own the DX160 if not for the RF issue. Had to return it. I'll give this DX240 a long look/consideration if there are no issues

Interesting to know. I had never heard of it before this and I was looking at the 160 pretty seriously a couple months ago. I'll look into it. 👍

I never had any RF interference with DX160 but it had a poor WiFi chip in it for sure.
I have used the DX160 a lot and never had an issue with interference. With wifi I get about 20 feet with no issue and with good BT phones, like Sony, around 30 feet. But I know a number of people had issue with the wifi and BT.

Is there a reason why the DX240 is compatible with AMP 1-8, and not AMP 9?
It's imagine it's tied to the fact it had a glass panel. So it may be a matter of it can't physically fit/work. Rather than not being recognized by the device.
No doubt AMP9mkII is in the works…

Is the amplifier set up in a tray for use?
