It takes around 10 minutes. Did it finish the update before you worked with it?
Of course.
I did exactly the same as you suggest and restarted twice but when checking back there is still an old FW.

Are you updating from the OTA or doing a local update using the sd card? If the SD card, don't unzip the downloaded file, as in the past. You just put the downloaded file direction on the card to do the update. If over the air, it will download and then you have to tap on the update to finish it.I did exactly the same as you suggest and restarted twice but when checking back there is still an old FW.
You could try a factory reset and then do an update again, the OTA. Or download the firmware and use the SD card.I am sorry it was online update (not local update). Somehow after installing system update I got this notice:
What should I do next?

I can't read it, but the OTA update didn't work for me this time. So I downloaded the zip file from ibasso website and put it in the root folder of my player and then did the local update. You could use your micro SD card also- on the root file.
Thanks for info guess I’ll have to keep trying various cableI tried 3 difference USB A => C cables with my Macbook Pro 2015 and Audirvana:
- Ibasso DX220 cable: unable to recognize as DAC device, charging only
- Anker cable: crackling
- Sony cable: work well without any crackling

Wonder why it’s so temperamental
Regarding the change log - it was displayed on my DX220 during my OTA update this morning but I have not seen it elsewhere yet. I did some poking around on my device but it did not jump out and bite me - so it could be buried somewhere in one of the system files.Just did the update through the SD card. It went smoothly, and the about system shows the new version without Lurker which I had installed previously.
However, I still have access to google play store on the Android side and nothing seems to have changed in the Mango OS side.
Is this expected? Does the new update have google access without Lurker now?
Does anyone know it there is a change log available?
