do I need to go through the whole flashing process again to install the new one
Yes. I can't provide incremental updates, nor official updates are incremental.

The new firmware is great. Pure mango is faster for me. The highs seem a tad pulled back and the soundstage seem more organic and whole to me. Before everything was really separated now it is still seperafed but all combine to make up the whole better for me. It makes it seem as though the soundstage is not as wide but I think it is because everything blends so much better. I still get a fraction of a second skip on songs when I first push play. Not a huge deal but I would like it fixed. Thanks @Paul - iBasso, please tell the crew great job!

Paul it would be nice to have an option to switch the total song time icon for remaining time. And the possibility to change the volume on a touch screen bar would be useful as well.

I am hoping someone might be able to help please. I am trying to upload the latest firmware update but it fails every time. I have formatted the sd card and copied the download direct to the card without unzipping it first. Not had a problem with the previous updates so this is very frustrating. Can you think of anything that I might be doing wrong?

Thanks

Download it, unzip the file and use the new zip file for the update. Get rid of the file you first unzipped from the card.

I have updated to .188 firmware and discovered the following issue : when playing .ISO file, I experienced intermittent pause (2-4secs) before it continued to play on.

I do not experience this with wav, flac or DSD files. Only with .iso files. I wonder if i am the only one experiencing this.

The latest firmware resolves the power-on dim screen loading issue that my DX200 was exhibiting. Good job, iBasso! I'm now back on Lurker0 custom f/w and so far so good.

Is it just me, or is the new firmware and USB DAC feature acts strange ?
If you mean my firmware build, then - yes, a problem was found, and there is a workaround until the next update. If you mean a stock firmware problem, then - sorry for jumping in :)
