When you slide down on the screen of the DX200 you should see a notification window appear. There is an option to use the USB (DX200 needs to be connected to computer) for File Transfer. It's the 2nd of 4 options: Charging only, File Transfer, Photo Transfer, & MIDI.

I have 2 problems.
1 the computer cannot recognise the DX200 , so I cannot copy music files into my dx200



2 when I try to update the firmware I got the error loading message


can anyone please help. I have tried 2 computer (the one is with windows8 64 bit os , the other is windows7 32 bit and I think I already installed the right driver for both)

You have the Batch Tool but it isn't needed.

On our web page download the newest DX200 firmware. It is a zip file that you unzip. Use the new zip that is in the folder to do the update. Put the new zip file directly on a SD card. Then go to About DX200 to System Updates, Local Update, Default, then it shows two files. Tap the top one and then Update on the lower right.

So the AMP 3 will be the one to use with the IEM's then!

Strange . . . I am also on Lurker's 2.5.141but my neutron can't play. What could be wrong?

I did a reset and redid the firmware. Now Neutron works fine except when on Bluetooth to my Zik3. No sound to my Zik but ok with my IEMs. Strange . . . .

Does Neutron appear to be playing and you just don't hear audio? Have you tried uninstalling the app then do a reinstall?

Yes, I also did a factory reset and reinstalled everything. Now neutron plays and I get sound on my IEM but nothing on BT zik 3. Really strange . . .

Hi all,

Last night, I listened Aeon through CDM connected to DX200 ( Analog out ).
This morning, I connected K10C to DX200 ( phone ) = No sound
Tried reboot DX200 = Then sound is back

Never see like this with any DAP I've owned in the past.

Is this normal? fm 2.3 version.

Maybe a relay was stuck. I haven't had that happen.

Just had to show my dad (KEV G) how to use Spotify on his DX200 and he said he would make me a cup of tea for doing it. Taking candy from a baby is a good way to put that I think.

And that's the thanks I get for taking him to London CanJam!!! Anyway, at least I found an easy way to load Spotify on my 200, make myself and Eggz a cup of tea. All done by the time I sit down with my cuppa

Hello, you need to edit the information in the file flac, dsd, etc. I use tag on mac.
