It is a balanced amp not balanced and SE. I got to listen to it at CanJam in London and it is very good.

You mean it has balanced only HO? not both SE and BAL like in amp1?

The AMP3 is a maximized balanced only amp. The AMP2 is a single ended amp only.

My guess: headphone only. Oriented toward difficult to drive headphones, not suitable fir IEMs, though.
Just my guess. For fun.
probably. if is the case, i remain with my module or amp2. i have the elear and maxell dba-700(iem), even though this last supports high power

Hello, what power does the Amp3 have? And when will the amp4 come out and what power will it have? Thank you
Is there an adapter to connect a 3.5 stereo jack to the balanced output of 2.5? Thank you

No, you cannot connect a single ended headphone to a balanced output. You would shorten output and may burn amp section.

On opposite, you can adapt balanced headphone to single ended output with an adapter. That is the normal way to obtain single ended by the way. You have 2 speakers and you connect their grounds together. It can be done in headphone itself. In the splitter or plug in IEM cables. Or in balanced to single adapter.

If I bought amp3 and wanna use external portable amp which is 3.5 single end input, Do I need special cable to connect or is it impossible to do it anyway?
