Thanks Paul for the feedback. Are you excluding the option of 2 slots + wifi so that Tidal and other streaming services are supported? This is really the combination I am chasing. I use 200GB sd cards, but because I store uncompressed music and also High Resolution Audio, one slot is simply not enough.

Pioneer XDP 300R has 2 microSD card slots and supports Tidal perfectly.
SQ wise, it's nowhere near the DX200

Another micro sd slot. Msybe in an anp card?....

I myself am happy with one slot.
I only like some music :)

I am not sure whether I should update to the Beta drivers.

I just received my DX200 today.
UI has a lot of bugs. Touch is extremely slow and unresponsive. This is quite quite possibly the slowest Android device I have ever used and I have used a lot of them. This is me using the DX200 directly after a factory reset. Quite frankly I am scared of how much slower this will get after installing a bunch of stuff.

Yes, upgrade to the latest FW, it got fixes and it's faster.
Paul said it's not too long and they will be releasing a new one.

I use DX200 and it's not getting slower with multiple apps installed.

As others suggested, definitely go for it.  Just because it says "beta", there is NOTHING beta about it.  Solid release, based on what I've tested with my review unit of DX200.  Also, if you like the sound out of the box, give it 200hrs of burn in (that's what the "burn in" load cable is for, let it play play in the loop for at least a week) and you will enjoy it even more

Anyone tried driving high impedance headphones?

ranging from 250? to 600 ohm?

Can our Ibasso DX200 drive those high values?

Thanks.

Drove 470 ohm open back R70x with ease, and that's from single ended output, not even balanced.

I definitely notice improves responsiveness with the latest firmware.
