I like the build but I am really hoping the huge screen doesn't drain too much battery and derail the main purpose of it as a music player.

We'll find out in April. I'm sure it'll be shown at the Apoxona Show!

Can't wait!

Anyone using DX200/Amp8 with LCD-4 or LCD-4z?

DX200 and LCD-MX4, DX200 can totally drive em well :)

It should be the same with LCD-4Z, but the original 4 was much harder to drive

What do you need to know? :)

Anyone using DX200/150 with AEON Flow Closed headphones? What are your impressions ?

I can try DX200 and DX150 with Flow sometime in the next week, a friend has them. What do you need to know? :)

Does upgrading to Android Oreo improve the smoothness of the DX200?

I actually have not updated my DX200TI yet. You said the sound will be smoother after updating the android Oreo? But the old software is already smooth and musical.

I should have been more specific with my question. I was wondering about UI and application functionality. I remember when I had a DX200 that the UI and Tidal was a bit laggy. Does the OS update help with that?

I have read through the thread but not even done the Android Oreo update yet. It has a lot of improvements included the UI and Tidal I guess. If not you can ask or message my friend @Whitigir. Good luck!

Yes if it can drive LCD4 and how it sounds with 4 and 4z. Previously I had V280 with LCD4. Great synergy! Hope to get this sound with the dx200. Maybe lcd4z is the way to go but I never heared it vs 4.
