Try and other usb cable, that could be the reason you have problems to mount the dx200?

It looks more complicated than what it is, I was my first time that I was flashing a FW and everything went smoothly.

Ok I have looked at this and have to admit I have no idea where to start. I dont have a Mac either its a Windows 10 lap top.

Perhaps you could download from THIS mirror, copy to an SD card and install with the DX200 file manager.

Thanks for this I have tried this but it did not open the app. I got it onto the 200 but when I tried to open the app it said Unfortunately Qobuz has stopped

If it was the cable then surely it would not charge?
The connection has always bee loose but never had a problem charging it.
I dont copy much across to it so have not used it to attach to my Lap top a great deal.....but tonight it is just not recognising it.

On my Mac I had problems mounting the player, even if I was trying to use as dac the connection wasn't stable, I changed cable and now everything is ok. I'm not saying it's caber for sure but if you have another different cable it's worth trying. On this subject read this article, it's quite interesting.

Yeah interesting,I will buy another one as its not much cost I doubt. Its annoying as it worked ok at first now its just stopped.

Many thanks for your help with this but unfortunately I still have no idea where to start. I have looked 3 or 4 times at the instructions and I am no further forward
I am determined to get Lurker firmware on though as using the play store will be much easier in the long run.
I will have a look again at this thread with a fresh head sometime.

I thinik AMP5 is better in every direction, including treble sparkle and soundstage / instrument separation.

I absolutely agree with George. The AMP5 module brings so much to the table!

Now that I've gotten my AMP4 though....lol....I have a lot of writing ahead of me...including reviews of all the goodies we'll be showing this upcoming weekend at the NYC CanJam.

I was wondering the same thing. I could not find anywhere that Paul said this was the case. Then again I thought Paul said Amp4 was going to be limited to something like a run of 200 or so but I could not find that in the thread anywhere.
