As long as your finger nails aren't cut too short, grab the connector from the top and slowly push your nails inside the small gap between the in-ear's and cable's side of the MMCX plugs. Push them in a little further and gently raise the plug on the cable's side by contracting your fingers. Then it should be disconnected.
That's at least how I do it. I also think this is the safest method as the pins and rings cannot be accidentally bent as they could when using only one finger/nail or pulling the connector off straight away.
Thank you. I managed to do it. I sent my T3 to the shop where I bought it. They might replace it.
