As long as your finger nails aren't cut too short, grab the connector from the top and slowly push your nails inside the small gap between the in-ear's and cable's side of the MMCX plugs. Push them in a little further and gently raise the plug on the cable's side by contracting your fingers. Then it should be disconnected.
 
That's at least how I do it. I also think this is the safest method as the pins and rings cannot be accidentally bent as they could when using only one finger/nail or pulling the connector off straight away.

Thank you. I managed to do it. I sent my T3 to the shop where I bought it.  They might replace it.

I got the replacement. This pair sounds warm compared to the last one that was bass light. This one does not sound bass light at all. The bass is sufficient. I like this one better.

 T3/T5 cable with on-line Mic.
 
 T3/T5 upgrade cable.
 
Now it only can be found in China, we have plan to launch them overseas later.

try the silver cable, it improves detail and evens out the bass.

Considering it's a dynamioc driver with flat impedance - I very much doubt it.  I've measured it with another upgrade cable (supplied by DUNU) and there was no measurable change.
