What sort of compensation are you running Shane - and what coupler was used for those measurements? Very different to mine. Quite different to Tylls as well (see his raw data)

Your compensation curves are quite a bit steeper. You're showing almost 10 dB between 100 Hz and 1 kHz - Tyll only shows 5dB on his calibrated set-up. Your graph also is quite compressed where his more stretched (yours accentuates the dips and peaks more). Not critiquing - just trying to get my head around things.
I still wouldn't call it V shaped, and I wouldn't regard the bass as overly boosted.
