Can definitely understand that - they've passed the test of time and still wonderful value for money.  The fit (on all of the DN series) is the one thing I'd change if I could.  It's not bad, but I just love the more ergonomic fitting a lot better.

Still going on the iBassos I see.  I'll have to borrow Lukes at some stage so I can see what I'm missing :)

I must have the right shaped ear hole as I get a sensational fit, especially with the large foam - the only issue I have is I wear cable down and the weight is a problem but is negated with the supplied clothes clip.

@serman005 I have this problem too. I've actually sent it back for servicing a couple months ago. It suddenly died two weeks ago again. I've contacted Vivian multiple times but she has not replied me since.

I'm getting a little frustrated by their service. It's a shame the such a great product is being marred by their service.

Mine got delivered today - glad I have them back. Just had a quick listen via Oppo HA-2 and oh the joy at having that sound signature back. Should never have sold them.

With regard to the above issues can't you send them back to the place of purchase and let them deal with the warranty??

Might be easier.
