I was not aware that Dunu had posted prices for the new models? Given what's going on with pricing in the industry it would not surprise me if their new top models were priced much more than their current models. We may even see Dunu brave the $1000 price point. I certainly hope not but that seems to be the way things are going. Other TOTL iem's are well over 1k and raising rapidly toward 2K. I know I own some.

Well, the Trinity Phantom will be introduced at a very reasonable price point. If it brings great sound at a low price, we might see some semblance of sanity creep in with these multi-BA IEM.

Yeah it looks like Dunu will move up another price bracket. After dabbling with budget-fi with their Trident and Hephaes, they moved up to mid-fi (and sorta reigned supreme) with the DN1k, 2k and 2kj. They're growing and experimenting faster than any company I know. One thing I love about their products are the accessories they provide. Plentiful eartips and nice cases.

I almost jumped on the DN2000J just to see what the hype was about but the news of the new higher line coming stopped me from pushing the order button. Now I'm waiting to see the new pricing. Could be a long wait as I have heard they won't be released until March.
