When wil you update fiio markte ? When you download qobuz its realy old one 5.1.8 last one 5.1.10 who work so much beter on M11

Hello. My fiio x5-2 stopped turning on, PC can't see it, launching emergency reset to the player is not working either. Can you send me the recovery software via PC?
I connected it to PC with lower left button down (previous track button) when turned off.

Sorry we do not have this software for you.
Did you try the method in this FAQ first: https://forum.fiio.com/note/showNoteContent.do?id=202106181036497285494
And please try to charge the X5II for some time via the computer then restart it again.
If the issue remains, you could try to contact support@fiio.com about that.

Hi Fiio

On the span of two years, two of my KA11 ceased functioning.

The first time I sent my defective one back and was reimbursed, all via the Fiio Official Store on AliExpress.

This time I could not do so as this store had closed and I was redirected to a new "Fiio Audio Store" where I could not make any claim concerning purchases on the old closed store.

I thus contacted Fiio via support@fiio.com.

6 days after my request, I was offered to buy 15 dollars worth of "credits" through a third shop called "Hifi Audio Store" on AliExpress to cover the shipping fees (so more than half of the price of a KA11), even though according to EU law applicable to my purchase, the customer shall not incur any fee for a warranty claim.

After explaining that for the second time on the AliExpress chat of the Fiio Audio Store and only receiving a mocking smiley as an answer before being offered again to pay 15 dollars for my warranty claim, I decided not to do business with Fiio again.
