Can the Mini^3 power a Sennheiser HD600s to high volumes? or sufficient volumes, keeping the SQ as it is supposed to be?
i have a High Performance Mini^3 amp, and am selecting what headphones to buy. narrowed down the search to the HD600s, now only if the Mini^3 would make them perform very very well, would i settle down and start saving for the 600s.

It'll make them slightly more revealing and louder but you'll still be getting nowhere near their potential (I have this combo and this is based on comparing it to running from HA-160). Unless you intend to buy a more powerful desktop amp in future, you'd be better off with more efficient headphones.

What other headphones can i go for, with fantastic synergy with the Mini^3 amp?

Well i don't know if this is even anything near the kind of headphone you want, but the AT ESW9A goes great with the Mini^3! I have the high performance version too, and somewhere between 1/4 and 1/2 volume is more than enough! 1/2 volume is painful!
And it really cleared up the sound compared to going straight from my ip4, and added a nice little punch in the bass!

Grado SR325's work rather well with a mini3,plus you will have the added bonus of not dying of boredom that you risk with the HD600's

I have a Mini3 with HD600s and also use an XcanV3 on the desktop. I disagree and believe the Mini3 is fantastic for them. Often if I'm sitting down I'll still just keep the Mini3 rolling rather than switch over.

Across the spektrum the sound is very balanced, and I'm rarely using more than 1/3 on the volume pot. I say go for it.

Actually not too surprising, I use my mini^3 with the volume up to half with 600 ohm Beyers, and they get loud plenty fine. Gain 5.
