Love the attention to detail on this paint job! Very nice!
I especially like the re-cable.

What type of paint did you use?

Pft. Attention to detail....
 
If you saw them in person, you'd see that I suck at painting. Where are you beautiful T50rp's!
 
I used Duplicolor self etching primer, then rustoleum lacquer, then duplicolor acrylic clear enamel. Apparently the clear enamel takes 7 days to fully dry, but I could never wait that long. :p

Those HD 25s look sweet, what kind of cable is that for the recable job?

Spray paint?

 
I did it by hand with an acrylic paint. A terrible choice in retrospect, but a few coats plus a varnish on top and it wasn't half bad.

I'm currently painting my starving student in glossy black and white. I'll post pictures of the paint job if it's allowed.
