Trying out my Dianas with the Woo Wa7 gen 3. My TCs sounded surprisingly good on it, but the bass was blown out and lost a lot of that beautiful texture that I love so much. The MRs are getting along just fine though.

Love the WA7! They definitely powered the MRs well for me, although I found myself closer to 4 o'clock on the dial

Very nice some dinner reading . Very interested to see Headfonics findings on this one. I have the Phi and I love it - I want to see if the MR might be a good compliment.

I actually find the immersiveness not too great on the MR. For me the MRs dont sound as "big" as other Headphones like the Mezes or Hifimans do. Maybe its caused by the smaller drivers, i dont know.
On the technical side and in my opinion also in terms of naturalness, it beats every Meze headphone though.

If you mean soundstage then yes. My Susvara has a bigger soundstage. The HD800s even bigger. The MR is more intimate imho

Can anyone comment as to how the Diana MR performs off a Chord Hugo 2 or Feliks Euforia EVO? I have owned most versions of the Diana to date and I love this headphone, but after selling the TC I felt my time with the range was done. However this is peaking my interest again, at a time whereby I am considering the purchase of another headphone.

The MR preforms real well off the Chord Hugo 2. But my favorite transportable setup is the Chord Hugo 2/Cayin C9 combo. This setup is killer.

I am talking more about the vertical height of the soundstage and the scale of the sound sources.
For example: HD800 sounds wide but not tall. Mezes and Hifimans sound „big“/tall even though they don’t have the soundstage width of an HD800.

the MR has forward midrange while other two have dips in midrange giving appearance of bigger soundstage

MR incoming I have owned the Phi and TC a couple of times, and am very keen to hear this as it reads that it will appeal to my sound preferences. Question is how well it performs with the Hugo 2, and Euforia EVO, which are two sources I have at the moment. I may well be in the market for a cable upgrade (probably Lavricables again) but will spend some time with the stock first.

Personally it's just "ok" for movie. Clean and fast presentation of Diana MR make movie sound "too accurate". Good for dialog movie but for action movie I need extra "effect" in punch and bite. Something like ZMF Atrium Closed with more "explosive" bass is better for me.

p.s: abyss 1266 TC is really good for movie!

Ugh lately i keep hearing 1266 this. 1266 that. So much so I had to call my dealer. Is this a sign for my next uograde? No. Im good with my Sus and MR. I promised myself I have my endgame
